How SwipeClub handles your photo review, subscription, ad measurement and support information.
Effective ·
Who is responsible
SwipeClub is operated by Brm Agency LLC, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, 00000. Contact us about privacy at superdev@brmagency.co.
Your photos and review progress
SwipeClub accesses the photos you permit so you can swipe through them and decide what to keep. Photo identifiers, dates and dimensions organize the library and display images. SwipeClub does not upload your photos or Keep/Remove decisions to our team or RevenueCat. Apple may download an image from iCloud Photos when it is not available locally.
Review progress, Undo history, stamps and preferences are saved in the app's storage. Your device's backup settings may also apply. Change Photos access in iPhone Settings. Remove sets a photo aside; actual deletion requires your confirmation through Apple's Photos system and follows your Apple/iCloud settings.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple handles App Store payments. RevenueCat verifies subscriptions, restores purchases and enables paid access. It processes purchase and subscription records under a generated anonymous customer identifier, plus technical request information such as app and SDK version, operating system, device model and storefront. Subscription records also support revenue analytics. If you allow ad measurement, RevenueCat also receives your device’s advertising identifier, Meta’s anonymous app identifier, the app’s vendor identifier and your IP address, and forwards your trial and subscription events to Meta (see Ad measurement).
SwipeClub requires no separate account and does not supply your name, email or photos to RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment-card details. Deleting the app neither cancels your subscription nor automatically erases Apple or RevenueCat purchase records. RevenueCat privacy information.
Ad measurement
SwipeClub advertises on Facebook and Instagram. To learn which ads work, and only if you allow it on SwipeClub’s page and then in Apple’s tracking prompt, SwipeClub uses Meta’s software development kit to tell Meta Platforms (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited in the European Union) when the app is installed or opened. RevenueCat tells Meta when a trial starts or a subscription is bought or renewed, with its price. These events carry identifiers: your device’s advertising identifier, Meta’s anonymous app identifier, the app’s vendor identifier, your IP address and basic device information. Meta uses them to measure and improve the delivery of SwipeClub’s ads, under its own privacy policy.
SwipeClub never sends Meta or RevenueCat your photos, photo identifiers, Keep/Remove decisions, review progress or stamps. The legal basis is your consent. If you say no, nothing is sent. You can withdraw at any time in SwipeClub → Club settings → Ad measurement and in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Meta privacy policy.
Support and this website
If you email us, we receive your reply address, message and information you choose to include, to handle your request. Please avoid sending personal photos or payment details. Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store it.
This site uses Firebase Hosting, provided by Google, to deliver these pages. Hosting infrastructure can process connection information such as IP addresses and request details for delivery and security. The site adds no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, cookies or contact forms.
Why we process information
We process subscription and support information to provide the service you request, maintain paid access, respond to you and meet applicable legal obligations. Necessary security and service administration, including subscription analytics, also serve our legitimate interests. Ad measurement relies on your consent. Where consent is the required basis, you can withdraw it; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. Photo-library permission is controlled through iOS.
Providers, retention and transfers
Apple provides Photos and App Store services; RevenueCat supports subscriptions; Meta measures SwipeClub’s ads if you allow it; Google hosts this site; our email provider handles support correspondence. We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising.
Local review data remains in app storage unless removed through the operating system; backups may retain separate copies. Subscription and support records are retained for the service purpose and applicable legal, dispute-resolution or security requirements. Retention may differ by record and provider; contact us about a specific record. Uninstalling the app is not a request to erase provider-held records.
Providers may process information outside your country. Applicable provider data-processing terms describe safeguards for international transfers, including contractual safeguards where required. See RevenueCat's data-processing terms and Firebase's data-processing terms. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your request.
Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Contact superdev@brmagency.co. To withdraw consent to ad measurement, use SwipeClub → Club settings → Ad measurement or turn off tracking for SwipeClub in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. We may need information sufficient to verify and locate the relevant record; do not send passwords or payment-card details. Some records must be retained for legal obligations.
You may complain to your competent data-protection authority, including the CNIL in France. SwipeClub has no account-deletion screen because it does not create an app account. Requests about information we hold can still be sent to us. We publish material policy changes on this page with an updated date.
